I am Lilou Sicard-Noel, a recent Master’s graduate in Computer Science, specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Parallel Computing. My research focused on detecting AI-generated news articles, addressing their role in misinformation and the risks of recursive AI training on synthetic data.
During my graduate studies, I worked extensively with unsupervised machine learning models, sentiment-driven stock market analysis, and large-scale distributed computing frameworks. My projects explored the intersection of AI ethics, finance, and computational linguistics, emphasizing interpretability and fairness in machine learning.
Beyond research, I was a Lead Tutor and Teaching Assistant, mentoring students in complex CS topics and fostering collaborative learning environments. These experiences strengthened my ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and underscored my passion for making AI more transparent and responsible.
I am now seeking a PhD opportunity to continue my work in AI-generated text detection, bias identification, and large-scale NLP applications. If you're interested in collaborating or discussing my research, feel free to reach out!
